Returns & Refunds (Print-on-Demand)

All items are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or change of mind.

Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item

  • Report within 30 days of delivery.
  • Attach clear photos of the product/print, packaging, and shipping label, plus your order number.
  • We will arrange a free reprint or refund. Do not return items to the sender address on the label; we will provide instructions if an inspection is required.

Lost in Transit

  • If tracking stalls or the package does not arrive, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • After the carrier’s investigation, we will reprint or refund when eligible.

Wrong / Insufficient Address, Unclaimed

  • If the shipping address was incorrect or the parcel was unclaimed, reshipment or a partial refund may apply.
  • Additional re-shipping fees may be required.

Sizing & Colors

  • Please check the size chart before ordering. We cannot refund or exchange due to wrong size/fit.
  • Minor color/print variations may occur due to screen settings, fabric batches, and print method; these are not defects.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled until production begins. Once in production, cancellation is not possible.

EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal

  • For non-personalized items, you may withdraw within 14 days of delivery. Email us to obtain the return address and instructions.
  • Items must be unworn/unused. You are responsible for the return shipping cost. We refund the item price and standard outbound shipping (if applicable).
  • Custom/personalized items (e.g., your text, names, photos) are non-returnable under EU law exceptions.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider.

How to Submit an Issue

Email: contact@allanfieldstudio.com with subject “Order #XXXX – Issue”. Include photos of the product/print, packaging label, and a brief description.
