Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are produced on demand.
  • Standard production (apparel, mugs, wall art): 2–5 business days.
  • Footwear: 6–12 business days (may extend during peak seasons).
  • Orders cannot be shipped before production is completed.
  • If your order contains items with different production times, items may ship separately as they are ready.

Shipping Time

  • Standard delivery: 5–15 business days, depending on destination and local carrier.
  • Remote or hard-to-reach areas may take longer.
  • Seasonal peaks or customs inspections can extend delivery windows.

Shipping Origins

  • We work with Printify print providers in the USA, EU, UK, and other regions.
  • Your order may ship from the location closest to you to reduce delivery time.

Shipping Costs

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and product type.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.

Tracking

  • A tracking number is provided once the order is shipped.
  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
  • Pre-shipment status may show “label created” until the carrier scans the parcel.

Wrong / Insufficient Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing a complete and correct address.
  • If the address is incorrect or incomplete, the parcel may be returned or lost.
  • Re-shipping fees may apply for address corrections after dispatch.

Lost in Transit

  • If tracking shows no movement for an extended period or the package does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, contact us.
  • After investigation with the print provider and carrier, we may offer a replacement or refund when eligible.

Split Shipments

  • Items in your order may be produced at different facilities and ship separately.
  • Each shipment will include its own tracking number.

Delivery Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, strikes, or other factors outside our control.
  • Thank you for your patience during peak seasons and unforeseen disruptions.
