Terms of Service

1. General

This website and store are operated by Allanfield Studio. By accessing or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Products & Print-on-Demand

  • All items are made-to-order through Printify.
  • Colors and sizing may vary slightly from mockups due to screen settings, fabric, or printing method.
  • Please check the size chart carefully before purchasing.

3. Orders & Payment

  • We accept payments via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and major credit/debit cards.
  • All transactions are processed securely.
  • Prices are displayed in USD (unless otherwise stated) and include applicable sales tax where required.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days.
  • Shipping time: 5–15 business days depending on destination.
  • International customers are responsible for customs duties or import taxes.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

Because products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, size, or change of mind. Refunds or reprints are only offered if the product is defective, damaged, misprinted, or lost in transit. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before production starts. Once production begins, cancellation is not possible.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate shipping and contact information.
  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect/insufficient address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for damages, losses, or delays outside our control (e.g., postal delays, customs). Our maximum liability for any order is limited to the purchase price of that order.

9. EU/UK Customers

The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or made-to-order items. Non-personalized items may be returned under EU law; see Refund Policy for details.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland/EU. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Poland.
