  3. File naming: Name files clearly.
  4. Approval: We’ll email a preview within 24–48h (business days). Reply with “Approved” or your tweak.
  5. Print & ship: After approval we print and ship. If there’s no reply within 48h, we’ll proceed with the best layout to keep your order moving.
